PayRound is a free web application for tracking payment rounds among friends, family, or colleagues. The service allows users to create shared rounds, record who paid, and determine whose turn it is next.
The service is provided "as is" and is intended for informal, social use. PayRound is not a financial application and should not be used as a definitive record for financial disputes.
3. User Conduct
You agree to use PayRound only for its intended purpose: tracking informal payment rounds. You must not use the service for any illegal, abusive, or malicious activities.
Automated access, scraping, or any form of abuse may result in temporary or permanent restrictions on your access to the service.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
PayRound is provided without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We are not responsible for any disputes between users regarding payments.
5. Limitation of Liability
PayRound and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the service (which is zero, as PayRound is free).
6. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of PayRound at any time without prior notice. We may also update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code of PayRound are the intellectual property of its creators. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without explicit permission.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to rounds that violate these terms or are used in ways that negatively impact the service. Rounds inactive for 1 year are automatically deleted.
